As far as I know high PR backlinks do better than low PR backlinks. Just that it's hard to get backlinks from high PR sites than low PR sites.

I only choose article sites that has high in PR like ezinearticles, goarticles etc...I think its okay to submit 1 article to 100 article sites you can also get a value there but if you can do some...
