I use Pingomatic since I was advised by other SEO specialists to try it. I don't suggest to ping one site using those three altogether.

If I'm not mistaken, Wordpress automatically pings your links to blog search engines. I suggest you write a strong content and build more backlinks.

You can start with social bookmarkings. If you put up a new entry, try submitting to sites like Digg and Folkd. Start building back links through blog commenting to relevant blog posts with your link...

If you're dealing with a blog, build back links to the main URL. But if you have a site with other connecting pages, you should optimize also to the deeper links.
