In my expierence PRWeb is one of the best distribution services, but sending out directly to editors/journalists (media lists) is also a good way to get your press release picked up by the media.

We can buy up to 20 qualified leads a day at this point, possible we will increase it later.
Frequency is from Monday to Friday, so 5 days a week x 20 leads = 100 leads a week max.
