There is another route in which you can boost your videos a bit with ads/purchased views and this will increase the rate at which youtube recommends your videos to others. But anyways interesting...

Usually most dropshippers limit their shipping countries to the ones that have epacket OR you can just use the standard china post shipping method which will take about 60 days but is very cheap.
