I have been testing plugins from comments etc and plugin Comments Cleaner seems to be the winner. Thanks for everyones feedback

This plugin removes all HTML tags, BBCode tags...

What plugins are available to stop WP from showing the html links of the spammers and just show name and comment?

Ubot studio can do it. There is at least one person i know that uses backlink packs and creates ubots to get them.

wordpress pings when you post or when you update by default (you can get in trouble if you update your post like 5 times in a minute).

Recommended to ping your sites regularly on days you are not...

And post average articles to the rest of the sites. Make sure you spin the articles and not post the same content on the article blast
