Downtime for me is around 12pm-2pm where I get my nap and recharge my body and mind. After that I am fully recovered and ready to start something new again.

I think if one is serious in Angela's link, they will make a follow-up on it hence; Google bot would surely think it is organic links and will follow it. Dropping link overnight is not a good thing...

I agree that Google loves good and fresh content always and having a single page site is definitely a big no no. It is possible but hard to rank IMO.
