Thanks that's very useful but it's not my website that the products are on and so typically the advertisers have not got back to me unfortunately.

Still figuring it out myself but I just decided on a niche that I enjoyed and thought was profitable and then researched top 10 products of that niche on clickbank. Just trying to make a google ad...

Yes very possible just google facebook ads and follow the instructions to make your ad. Bing and google also have ads services. Not sure about the others as much. You can set your budget accordingly...
