Hello i almost finished my website with local business theme by inkthemes. But im not sure if it helps with seo. i dont know but you have to put the content of the home page in the theme options menu...

Yes I agree, and the worst is that their service doesn't offer any monthly report or whatsoever. That is one of their weakness I think. Been good for about a year, but don't know what happened.
