Desiring to get results quick through some magical tool or easy opportunity does not seem the way to go. In my opinion the quickest way to get good traffic is to advertise or post in those places...

You can go for Monday as Monday is the first day of the week so every body is going to be busy with their schedule. Its better to close the shop rather than coming one or two people.
