I jumped into the offline niche last week and on only my second cold call had set up an appointment with a client who was very interested. I go to meet with that client today.

This is impossible to know without knowing what the competition is...

EMD's give a boost but are definitely not the biggest factor for ranking, especially moving beyond lower competition keywords.
