I would lean against Concept #1, personally. Concept #3 is very nice, but it may perhaps be part of a trend that is on the decline.

I think the speech bubbles part of concept #2 would look great...

Another vote for YouTube or vimeo. Strongly. I've run websites that hosted video before and the bandwidth costs can get really expensive. Not to mention, for decent user experience you'll want it...
