best hosting service - Help!

I am recently using hostgator, and it is a complete nightmare. You have wait at least 30 minutes for a live chat support. This is ridiculous.

Can someone recommend a different hosting service?

I just did a site:mysite.com. It brought up all 7 of my pages. Webmaster tool keep saying only 4 out of 7 pages are indexed. This is so weird.
