That was a very helpful tip. Quick question, does the guide have to be 7 pages long or can a 1 page article do the trick?

  Thanks

  Hello,

You need to create a pdf and include your website at the top and also you need to add 2 or 3 anchor text using your main keyword linking back to your site.
