Thanks for the share but it's pretty basic stuff. Th best part of it is the pdf. with a list of great sites to get backlinks from. This eBook is best for people new to SEO or anyone who has been destroyed by the updates. Did you really sell this for $17?

BTW, if I am doing press releases through PRweb.com does that cover all the media outlets that the free press release sites also cover? Or is it necessary to do PRweb AND all the freebie PR sites for max exposure?
