I set up A banner ad through BuySellAds and now can't log into my account

Hi there,

I am a new affiliate marketer with one of top CPA networks and I recently set up a Banner ad using buysellads inventory and I received an email saying that the ad got approved and was scheduled to go live today. I later tried to log into my Buysellads account to see the progress and stats of my ad but I am unable to login. The login page just keeps reloading instead. Is this a common thing or is something up with my account?

    It musy be a bug, pretty sure if you delete cache & cookies / change browser will fix it

    If they sent you an email saying that the ad would go live then I'd say everything is okay...Although it doesnt make sense for them to tell you that the ad would go live and then suddenly deny you access to your account..it sounds fishy.

    It would be a shame if buysellads let you set up an ad, pay for it and then deny you access to your account.
    Try contacting support..maybe it's just an error on their part.

    So weird. Even if they had to block you for some reason, they should have notified you that there is an issue with your account. Maybe just wait it out, and see if someone gets back to you later in the evening.
