Looking for Wordpress programmer for J.V.

Looking for J.V. with someone that is wordpress programmer.
I have developed a way of producing blogger blogs using wordpress. (if you have a look there isn't actually a way to export from wordpress to blogger at the moment)
So can quickly produce niche blogger blogs than rank for terms that aren't too competitive.
I actually can make this work at the moment but takes a couple of plug-ins and a bit of messing about.
So about 90% of the code is there. (I developed one of the plug-ins the other is a free one)
I'm open to what actually do with this when get working.
Sell as product or even just keep plug-in for personal use for both of us as this really is a huge time saver.
