From Scratch: Curated B2B Directory Sites

I have two domains that should be great for two different B2B sites: one for a curated directory of "business tools" (think StartupStash) and one for a curated directory of "business training" courses. Both domains are only two word domains, so extremely nice for SEO and branding.

Both are completely blank slates right now. Since I'm busy 80 hours a week on other businesses, this has been on my to do list for quite some time with no movement.

I'm looking for a partner with extreme ambition, time and skills to help me build these ideas into businesses.

Here's an example of how we could break down the work, although I'm flexible on the arrangement:

Your responsibilities:
- Create content for sites (can't just copy and paste from StartupStash; our directories must be unique; ideally every outbound link would be an affiliate link so we have regular paydays)
- Manage the design for the sites (we can buy a theme or build our own; it may be best to just dump our directory list into a SQL database and invest a few hours building out an end-user UI, which would be much faster than WordPress)
- You can introduce any monetization ideas you have and I'll likely approve of them, but the primary methods would be: affiliate links, selling advertising space, and using advertising space for my other company's services (marketing packages for businesses, such as SEO/PR/etc.)

My responsibilities:
- Capital for certain assets or activities (i.e. domains, hosting, freelancers when necessary, etc.)
- Bookkeeping and other business operations necessities
- Off-site SEO (PBNs, etc.)

In regards to how the partnership would work, my expectation is that my company would retain ownership and pay you a percentage of all profits for the duration of our partnership, and perhaps an additional amount upon exit when our partnership ends (hopefully not for many, many years). This is flexible, as perhaps you'd rather have advertising space or trade services or something else.
