First I didn't know what WSO meant till some few minutes ago;
and for someone who joined the Warrior Forum in 2005, that
should tell you my membership status and how well I utilized
the forum.

And the painful part is I delved into IM becos of an ebook from

Hello I just read your newbie post and am wondering if you still have a slot available. I am very intelligent but seem to be doing something wrong. I have tried one method a free blogger site with adsense and still nothing I wade through all the im stuff on this forum and all the newbie stuff just repeats itself but nothing works. I use linux and am a very eager learner. May I please have your help.

It seems as though people that are new to Internet Marketing are lacking a little bit of focus. I would just like to give those people a little bit of advice.

First figure out what you want to do in Internet Marketing before going off into too many directions (be niche specific). It helps when you do something that you like. I read many of the posts and it seems like some don't even know what they want to do. They just know that they want to do something. Well, that's not enough.

Do this first. Figure out what you are interested in, find someone that is already successful doing that and model them. Just be sure not to go into too many directions at once. You will get information overload. Once I realized that when I started years ago, that is when I found success!
