Ad swap and need quality free items to offer my 6400+ list and place on site.

I'm looking for quality, preferably non-internet marketing, reports and guides to place on my Mass-Ebooks.com and present to my 6400 subscribers (various niches - dating, hypnosis, health, etc...).

Ideally, your freebie will allow me to insert my affiliate link and you will return the favor by introducing Mass-Ebooks.com to your list - whatever size. The main concern is that the item you have to offer is of good quality.
