I put together a nice product, with the assistance of Dean Holland, for the purpose of building a list. Currently I don't have a list, but that won't take long with the help of others.
Here is my proposal since I don't have a list to do a true list swap: within my free product, I have a quality upsell for people to purchase. I will keep the link on the upsell product for 7 days after you send the email to your list.
