My offer is unique partnership of sales and outsourcing. You sell website design to offline clients, and keep 100% of the upfront fees you collect. I design the websites for your clients at zero cost to you, using my growing staff of professional designers. In exchange for my services, you agree to have your clients use my website hosting. There are two plans:

Basic Hosting $29.99/mo (no email accounts)
and
Premium Hosting $39.99/mo (unlimited business email accounts)

We build all our sites on the wordpress theme called Flexx. Here are a few sample sites:

We suggest you create a customized header using graphics from the business like a logo, a picture of the owner, the staff, or the business sign/building/storefront. If you check the above website example you will see what I am talking about. Header needs to be 780x20. We then customize the colors of the theme to coordinate with each client's header and their company colors. You would be responsible to provide us with a header to use on the website design, or we can outsource that for you for an extra $45.

Our standard website design is five pages and usually includes a home, about us, contact us, products and services, and FAQ/Education. The last page usually includes a few short articles, common questions new customers have, etc. Of course, you can customize these however you wish. You can use our questionnaire to obtain the content for these pages, or simply provide us with copy and paste information.

You can have administrative log in information if you like, but we include basic maintenance in our hosting packages. This would include changes like phone number, address, updating pages with provided content, etc. Major changes, like updating graphics, changing theme colors, altering layout design, etc would be extra. Price for these alteration is quoted on an individual basis.

All sites come with several wordpress plug-in's installed to maximize SEO and performance of your site. They are:

2 Google XML Sitemaps
3) WP Google Analytics

Q. What is the turn around time?
A. Five business days or less, guaranteed

Q. Do you contact costumer's directly?
A. No. We work through you without direct contact with your clients. The one exception is in the event there is a billing issue for website hosting down the road.

Q. Is the costumer yours or mine after the work is done?
A. The client is yours. We are here to support you.

Q. What forms and info do you needed?
A. You can contact me and I will email you the forms to get started.

Q. Does the client contact you for website changes/updates?
A. Those changes go through you, and you then forward them to our team. This is to ensure you keep your relationship with the client as professional as possible.

Q. What would the "transfer fee" be if the client wished to host theirselves, say after a year or 2?
A. Within 18 months of design, $150. After 18 months, $50.

Q. Would it be possible to incorporate an auto-responder opt in box on the front page?
A. Yes. I have an aweber account, and offer an auto responder package. I will create a free report for client, a monthly newsletter, and send one email blast to their list for $99 per month. Like the website design, you can charge a set up fee for this service and keep 100%.

Q. How reliable is your hosting?
A. I use a dedicated server on hostgator. I have never had any down time in 2 years.

Q. Are the websites SEO optimised & suitable for Google local listing?
A. Yes, I add several wordpress plug ins to maximize SEO. Would be great for google local listings.
