JV between web developers/designers and copywriters

JOINT VENTURES

Lets face it, with any business you need either new clients or fresh leads depending on your market, so to keep this short and sweet here is what I am proposing...

Since we are here to help each other out why not form a collective referral/jv program for anyone that is either a graphics person, web design/development person or copywriter.
We can either set a group rate on the finders fee or can set this individually - say $50 for every client referred that we work with.
We can set up a rollodex of sorts to keep everyones information. This way if warrior xyz has a client needing web design the client can go to the page for warrior c.(these are just thoughts. Let me know what you think)
Any other suggestions?
