I represent the owner of a small business owner list, fully opt-in, at about 15K (maybe slightly higher/lower depending on recent activity).
We were in the top 15 for Eben Pagan's Guru Master Class launch and Austin Walsh's Facebook fan pages launch.
Looking for HIGH QUALITY offers for the small business owner, generally between $200 and $1000.
We prefer to mail 2 - 5 times to max conversions, then move on.
