I need a JV or partner to run the an SEO Forum which i owe backlinksforum.org

Still looking for someone.
Let me give a brief detail of my Forum here.

The Forum is currently getting some 30k Uniques a month now. Daily new members are being a part of the Forum, because of the Free backlinks and SEO tips we are giving there.

Could you PM me details about the number of registered members and amount of activity
you currently have.
Also, what exactly are you looking for in the JV? Promotion & Advertisement or management/admin etc.
