Programmers: JV With Zach Crawford & Tristan Bull

If you don't know me my names Zach Crawford and If you haven't heard of Tristan Bull I suggest you do a little searching around the forum : )

Our last launch did 1500 + sales and we have one of the best WSO JV managers who help run our launches.

We have several big launches planned out for 2013 and we are looking for a talented PHP programmer who is great with wordpress plugins.

What's in it for you:

1.) You will build a huge buyers list. This is more valuable than the money you will make from a launch.

2.) You will learn what it takes to setting up a big successful launch. You won't be spinning your wheels trying to learn how WSO launches really work why other people struggle to sale 100 copies of their product.

3.) You will make some money why learning how to build a real business

Currently we have a optin plugin that needs finished and I have several other projects I want to get started on.

If the first project works out this could be several launches we can do together.

If you're interested you can PM me and we can connect on skype. Don't contact Tristan. I will be the one deciding who we team up with.

My team will provide all designs, mockups, and work closely with you to build the plugins.

Thanks
Zach

    Hi Zach,

I am sorry, this is from my experience, I tried to do JV similar like this previously but it's not running well. We have brainstorm to build the best product then i start working on the script but in the end it's all wasted.

Here are the problems that i found:
    1. The partner becomes greedy and after realizing how profitable, he decided to build it himself without splitting the profit.
    2. The partner doesn't have time because he has multiple projects so he abandoned the JV in the end.
    3. The partner thinks he's superior with all his previous big launches so he don't respect our position and doesn't have intention to teach anything so in the end i didn't learn anything and waste my time.

How do you prevent such things to happen?
Is there profit sharing for the programmer?

Hope you can answer these questions.

    Thanks.

Jaywiz- This is where a contract comes into play. That way everyone is safe and no one gets screwed.
