      It looks like the post was written for an ebook, but then put on their blog. Page #7 will just be the section which says traffic.

    Nothing against OP.. but it's an interesting way to get traffic by using a blog post converted from a book - without any corrections. Low quality images, use of the age-old Google Alerts for commenting, disinterested tone.
    Why? Why? ** Time to bang my head against a hard wall **
