Major $2k+ commission | Real estate sales
Hmm not sure if this belongs here or even how to properly word it.
I'm in the offline niche--with a client who's a realtor.
He's agreed to pay me 1% commission for every online-referred client that closes a deal.
I'm willing to pay anyone half of that, .05% -if the lead is generated by you. Of course, with somehow to prove it. Simply them mentioning your name to me would do it. I'm sure there's other ways.
He sells mostly luxury condominiums, and single-family homes from the $500k - so your commission of ex: $500k sale, would be $2,500. Not bad for one converted lead.
