Targeting people in certain FB groups via ads

Is there anyway to do this?? You used to be able to use a software like social lead freak to gather everyone in a groups FB email address, then copy and paste that into FB but I was told FB stopped allowing that on June 4th. Dang I'm only a few days late! Is there ANYWAY to create an ad on FB and target certain members of a group so they will see it?

    I don't think you can create an ad targeting the users of a group, but you can create a Facebook ad assigning country specific, interest and behaviors to engage with people you want. That would make more sense than targeting a certain group.
