    Crafting content unique and interesting as well to make the audience keen for your 'next' move.

    Outsource content creation if you are not good at it.

    No compromise over content can give your business a great boost.

    Always be ready to involve in discussion started by your followers/fans/friends etc

    Not only do you not need an empire, just the idea of that goes against how social media works at its core. In social you create content and offer it to others, in an empire, you tell people what to do.

    You have to work with the ideas and constructs of social media in order to be successful at it. The good news, you can learn how to do this in less than a month; but first you have to learn to think differently than old school MMO
