Loads? You can only circle up to 30-40 people per day as a page. Doing it manually is not a big deal.

  That's not exactly right. Using CircloScope it allows you to begin circling as many as 200-300 people...doing it that much every day for about 4 days and it will get you throttled to not being able to circle anyone. I would just be aware of that. you don't want to get too crazy with it.
  
  But you can circle more than 40 people per day, I've done it with my own page almost every day.

G+ Is not a good service. FB or Twitter are far better.
Anyway you should connect your G+ page with other google service as youtube!
Connetct the page also with other social and with your site/blog.

Write article and post photos every day and share hight quality contents!
Interact with other pages!

I can't believe someone would give a recommendation like this. You don't know where people's audience will be. you can't honestly say that its not a good service. For me, Google+ is way better than FB or Twitter, but I would never say that to people because I know some have good response over there.

Find your target market by being consistent on it as people have said above. You won't know its good unless you try it for yourself, and yes, CircloScope is a great tool

Great reply. I totally agree. I have had far more success with G+ than any other form of social media.

With a tool like Circloscope you can friend people in your niche and more than that you can target people who actively engage with other pages in your niche.

When you have people following you who you already know regularly share and like other page's posts, your page will grow far quicker and you'll find your posts in the trending section of G+

I have a G+ page that's had nearly 20 million views in it's first year, It's hard to get that kind of exposure through other channels.

I also recommend to switch it, better to use Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest. I am getting a fairly traffic from these social sites.

Google+ is one of the best website which provides instant and huge traffic to your website.. I am using it and it provides me better results. Read all the rules and guidelines of Google+ before using it otherwise your account is ban not only for Google+, this ban will remains with all the services of Google..
