    I wouldn't use tools or sites to create Fake likes because it won't be beneficial.

    For a small $20 Ad on Facebook to promote your business page you can get 100-300 legitimate likes

    Fake likes are pretty much worthless...

    They give you the appearance that people "like" your page but when you get no likes, comments, or shares...

    Or even no sales off what you're doing...

    Then there's really no point.

    You can get likes naturally from running ads using your page.
