Less than 0.01 CPC and More than 12% CTR on Facebook Ads but NO Conversions

Hey guys! I'm getting some weird results with one of my recent Facebook ad campaigns. Most of my campaigns are converting really well. But my best performing ad is NOT getting any conversions. I've got 476 link clicks, less than $0.01 CPC, 9 Relevance and 12% CTR but ZERO conversions.

The only difference with this particular ad is it's a "Video" website click ad, the rest of my ads are just image ads. Could this be the reason why I'm not getting any conversions? Do Facebook video ads tend to get more clicks but less conversions?

This is my first time to create a Facebook video ad, so I would really appreciate your inputs.

Below is a screenshot from my campaigns:

I think the problem is your targeting not the type of add. Your are getting the clicks but from the wrong crowd. I think you need to finetune the audience, and you will do ok. probably fewer clicks but more conversions.

Thanks for your inputs. But my ad relevance is 9. So I'm pretty sure that I have a good targeting. Not sure why it's not converting.

Is your pixel set up correctly?

Maybe you can test a conversion by purchasing your own product and see if Facebook records it.
