Those are great suggestions. I have not seen your page just yet nor posts but if ever, try to be upfront with your readers on what you want to gain from it. Be specific that you want them to follow your page, like and share. It won't hurt as if they find the pages content interesting it would really be great for the business.

Make use of the sidebar widgets which shows your fans profile photos which will make you seem popular to those new visitors (I think) which will most likely entice them to follow or like your page. Also, for your website itself, make sure you still have those Facebook comment box, like and share buttons.
