Facebook Ads targeting opportunities

Hi all,

I have some questions (beginner level) about facebook ads, I will be thankful if somebody help me:
1. Can I set a campaign targeted to my friends (connections) and friends of friends on FB ?
2. Can I target a campaign to people, who liked certain pages / groups on FB (not mine) ?

    1. You can target your friends and relatives or whatever if YOU MAKE THEM LIKE YOUR PAGE and then set the audience as "people who like your page." Otherwise, you can't.

    2. Yes Yes. This is the most common targeting for those starting out. For example, if you want to target entrepreneurs, you may put Gary Vee page in targeting. However, with time you should concentrate your campaigns more on the people who have visited your website.
