Gaining Instagram Followers [Guide]
Hey all, I'm new to the forum.
Also new to this whole IM thing, haven't made a single dollar yet actually
Anyways, here is a little mini-guide on gaining followers on Instagram (I have gained around 800 followers in 2 weeks with this).
Posts
I post twice a day, and use as many hashtags as I can think of.
I'm in the automotive niche, so I went to a couple of car shows with a camera. That gave me a nice stockpile of around 200 photos to post.
In the caption of every photo I ask people to DM me if they want their car featured, so featured cars now account for most of my posts, but it's still nice to have the photo stockpile there just in case.
Following
I go to a big car page and follow as many people that liked a recent photo as I can, Instagram will ban you if you follow to many people but I probably am following 500 people a day. Then you unfollow basically everybody.
This accounts for most of the follower growth, but the other way to get followers is:
Comments
Basically you search a popular hashtag in your niche and comment and like on all the recent posts.
Combined, these two methods get me anywhere from 30 (lazy day) to 135 (my best day) followers per day.
So thats my little guide, comment if you have any feedback. Will be monetizing my page soon as well, we'll see how that works out
