Setting wrong objective on purpose for Facebook
I have a lot of experience in SEM, but would like to get some feedback from ad experts for Facebook.
I'm thinking of starting a Facebook campaign, and my objective is website visit, so with conventional wisdom, I should set my objective as Website Visit and get charged by click to my website.
However, I've been doing some research, and this chart caught my eye. Cost benchmark by objective.

According to this chart, post or page engagement has lowest cost when measured in CPC.
I understand that this type of ad would probably lead visitors to my FB page first, most people probably won't engage and leave, and even lower percentager of users might click my link in the FB page, which in turn translate to low CPC. On the other hand, setting website visit as objective would probably end up with an ad with direct link to my site, which means I can get a lot more clicks.
I only intend to spend very little for FB ($20~30 per day), so I'm not worried about not getting enough clicks. Just want as many clicks as possible within my budget at lowest CPC. In fact, leading to FB page then website sounds like higher quality leads.
In my case, would it be a good idea to set my objective as post/page engagement? What kind of issue might I face if I did this?
