Need twitter advice please.

I am helping a colleague with their twitter account, adding tweets based on my experiences as a vet. They have added my twitter account name to their "team" to be able to post tweets on their feed as their twitter name.

I can't for the life of me find out how I can post on their tweet using their name. I'm logged in with my account and I can see/follow their account but can't tweet using their name on their feed.

Does that make any sense? I'm much better at facebook than twitter and I've searched online but can't find the answer to that question.
