Instagram specific query for business page.
Hey guys,
I have a very specific Instagram related query. I run a business (lets call it a bakery) for which I employ two freelancers - Jane and Julie - who also work for other bakeries. Julie also runs a private bakery from her home - which is located very close to my bakery.
My staff take pictures of finished cakes. Both Jane and Julie use the images for their instagram pages. Jane always mentions my bakery as the location. Julie mentions the general area (which covers her own private home bakery), and never mentions or tags the name of my bakery.
Julie has now requested for us to tag her Instagram page (her private bakery) on our business page. Not sure I should be tagging a 'competitive' business page - even though that person also works for me. My questions:
1. Should I be honest and tell her I don't see the benefits of doing this?
2. Am I wrong? Could this in fact be good for my bakery? Should I consider it?
Number of followers are similar for both accounts. Would love any insight / suggestions into this matter.
