Best social media/forum mentions tool recommendation...?

Hi and happy new year (oops quite late for that)

What social mention tool could you recommend that has the feature where I could set it so it listens for specific keywords or phrases only in specific websites, i.e. only some certain forums.

For example, I want to have an email alert only when someone posts a thread with a certain keyword/phrase in its title.

Turned out that Google Alerts has quite a limitation regarding that, so I'm looking for some alternative.

Cheers!

HubSpot and HootSuite are the top choices in the industry.

And of course, you can specify which keyword/phrase you only want.

Thank you. I was also thinking about HootSuite, but I haven't about HubSpot

Why not get a custom scraper and notifier coded?

This way you can build in other features that will help you save time and money.

You can also have built in reporting/tracking systems

It isn't very expensive... especially on Upwork and Fiverr.

Haven't thought of that. Good thinking. Thank you

HubSpot is a good automation tool for this purpose. I have used it for some other reason but it can definitely serve the purpose you have mentioned.

I've looked around at it, however couldn't find which exact feature fits what I need.

I would recommend you to use HubSpot. I have used it personally and found it really useful. Most of the people go for HubSpot.
