Phone number and website link in Youtube video 'Description?

Hey guys, anyone knows if it is allowed to have your phone number and your website's link in the 'description' of your youtube video?

    Have you looked at any other people's YouTube videos?

    Of course you can put links in your description, affiliate
    links and whatever else, as long as they comply with YT
    rules.

    If it's a brand new account you may not be able to post
    clickable links, you need to verify your account or be
    established for that.

    I don't see why you couldn't post your phone number,
    but you'll probably just get a bunch of pranksters.

    You can definitely put your link in there. I think you have to verify your account to do so. I'm also pretty sure you can put your phone number.

    Thanks guys, Rotorooter has their phone number, website links and all SM links in their video's description so I should be good too and I just verified my number.

    I am thinking maybe putting any contact info within the video itself might be what gets video accounts shut down.

      I publish videos on YouTube and place links in my descriptions
      with no problems.

      I have seen other people's videos that have their web address
      in the video and it must not be an issue since some of them
      have been doing that for years.

      But don't take my word for it.

      If you have a specific concern about whatever you are doing
      on YouTube, you need to read their terms and conditions to
      ensure that you are in compliance.

    yes i think so but its quite unsuual to put in your phone number, better with a tracking link that re directs them to a opt in page were u can build a email list
