Tracking a FB App's usage???

So I developed an App for an offline client.

Is there a way to track how many times someone has used the app? I know about FB analytics, but will that specifically track the app I created for them?

I'd like to offer a 2 week trial and be able to show them how my app has increased activity on their fan page.

      Never used it. Also I saw a lot of stuff elsewhere that said the old way of using Google analytics no longer works due to the FBML change......

      Any Clarification would be most appreciated.
