I want to charge $125 a year, is that too much? I want to something like elegant themes type of site. I dont need it that big.

Support and promotion are the things you should consider.

Sorry but I don't get it. After OptimizePress and Thesis... what other theme do you need.

It's not what you know that makes you successful: It's how consistently you use what you know!

Agreed. I think you will be wasting your time putting together a new theme unless your theme has a better edge.

For example, Optimizepress is awesome. But personally I would like to edit the width of the content for better use on my sales pages. You can't do that with optimizepress.

What makes your product different? Better price? Better product?

    That depends on 2 factors:

    1) The quality of your themes
    2) The quantity of themes you're uploading

If you upload 1 awesome new theme every week then it might be reasonable. However, if you only add 2 themes a year and they're not excellent then it would be hard to ask for $125/year.

I would suggest comparing the quantity/quality of the themes at other sites like WooThemes, Elegant Themes, Studio Press, etc. and trying to find a price point that way.

      Agree...
People will subscribe to a membership site if they got many advantages...
Give more advantages to all member... and they will stay as your member.
