A highlighted image is 843 pixels wide. As with other photos in the Timeline feed, the max height is 403 pixels. Hope that helps you..

Timeline Photos
The Timeline Photos album is automatically created for you when you post individual photos to your timeline, without creating a particular album for them. Each time you post a new photo to your timeline, it's added to that album. The size of your timeline cover is 851x315

Highlight Photos
Users will also have the ability to showcase specific photos (similar to the "highlight" function now available on timeline). Once a photo is highlighted, it will appear larger than its less important counterparts. The size of the Hightlight will be 843x403.
