Is there any social signal checker tool or service available? Can anyone help me to check social signals on my site from facebook, twitter etc. social platforms?

There are plenty.

Are you using wordpress? If so, you can use the one I use on all my sites, it's free.

For example, look at the left hand side of this site: Linkvana - 15 Days Free - Ridiculous Bonus

You'll see the skyscraper version, it also shows up at the bottom of each post/page if you want it to. It's called "sociable", just search the WP plugins from within your dash, or on wordpress.org.

Social Llamas Social Signals checker is pretty good as it gives you a good representation of the number of Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, StumbleUpon and Delicious.

Social Signals Check Facebook, Twitter and Google+ is also very good. Both give around the same results each time.

I think you haven't tried moz n majestic. I personally use them n you can see lots of socmed stats behind it, n will impact to your SEO ranking too
