[ADs][Facebook] Is it possible?

Has anyone or is it possible to get likes from the United States/Canada down to 0.00?

Hello everyone, I had a recent post http://www.warriorforum.com/social-m...-good-ctr.html

and it's been doin very well, I've shortly made 5.1k likes just off the ad and its been 0.01 the whole time. I've realized as of today that my CTR is staying pretty high today(2.104% ctr) and my average is 1.120%(im assuming going higher due to today).

So if I change it to CPM, could there be a chance for 0.00 or does the CTR have to be much higher when it comes to US/Canada based advertising?

    I chose the first option to let fb decide and that is working well. One ad is 3.8% click through and the other 5.1% First ad is 4 cents per like and the second one is 2 cents per like.
