    Spychandan,

    I believe you are referring to “free for all” pages and those are websites that allow anyone to submit links. In the grand scheme of things, they are pretty worthless and are easily identified by search engines as having poor value in terms of the links coming from them.

    yes if he is asking about free for all links, they are really useless. it will be a waste of time to focus on something that don't have any value for a long period.

    ffa means "free for all" alludes to sites that permit anybody to submit their link to a site that has numerous pages of such connections. This is acknowledged spam by Google and will get your site stacked up in vain and potentially have your site evacuated from Google's file. The explanation behind proposing you not to submit your site to such poor sites is only in light of the fact that it is a waste asset which won't profit your site as it is not an appropriate quality backlink.
