Real name on Facebook?

Do you use your real name or pseudonym when posting on your Facebook page? With Google+, I've noticed that many people will use a real name as it helps establish credibility as a niche expert. What are your thoughts on this?

That would all depend on what goals you are trying to achive on the social network site. If you are triying to become famouse in your niche then by all means do so, but if you are going after it with a cpa network then it's probably best if you did not.

Lokahi,

I know that now this is not the case but it used to be that when Google Plus first came online, you didn’t have an option but to use your real name. People’s accounts were being deleted otherwise.

I think the choice to use your real name or something else depends on your goals. You could still have credibility with a fake name as long as the name seemed to sound normal.
