Is there an app or a directory of all of the "pages" on facebook and if so where can I find it.... and if there isnt there should be...

    Social Media Marketing, Statistics & Monitoring Tools | Socialbakers has a lot of pages there and of course graph search can help you reach all of them. I have been working on my own list which has more than 100,000 pages now!
