Best Facebook contest plug in?

SOCIAL NETWORKS

Hi -

I'm looking for recommendations for a Facebook plug in to run a contest.

I'm targeting the UK. I want to offer a specific prize, which I can change on a fortnightly basis. I need a Like for my page, and to capture first name / last name / email address and phone number.

Ideally I would need a social share as well, and an autoemail reply with an attachment (or link to download attachment)

Any thoughts (along with demo links please?)
