So how do you manage twitter accounts when you have your personal brand and your company one?

I have spent a ton of time on my personal twitter, and just launched my company one.

How would you proceed from here if you were me?

    The best way is you can outsource it to anyone. I am doing such job monthly basis with 5 companies. I regular post on there facebook and twitter. Run promotion and maintain follower and fan. IF you interested can contact me or hire someone like me.Its help you to concentrate on your business.
